Terms and Conditions

1. Learning packages are a minimum of 5 sessions and must be completed in a maximum of 20 weeks. Any sessions not taken within that time period are forfeited by the learner. Sessions not taken are not transferable or refundable.
2. Online classes will be held via the Zoom platform, unless otherwise agreed between the learner and the tutor.
3. Upon registering for the course, an initial class is to be scheduled by E4B’s coordinator, after which the learner can arrange schedules directly with their tutor.
4. Any postponements by the learner shall be notified no later than Twenty-Four (24) hours prior to the class. Otherwise, the lesson shall be forfeited by the learner.
5. Learner substitution is not permitted.
6. Adding additional learners to the class is subject to an additional charge.
7. All payments for the course should made in advance.

According to our terms & conditions, cancellations will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge. Substitution or transferring of the course to another learner is subject to a surcharge.
